Shabnum K Shah
Shabnum K. Shah is an international mediator, entrepreneur, author and community leader with a longstanding commitment to empowering women and supporting communities.
She is the Founder and Director of Empowering Your Life CIC, through which she has developed and supported initiatives centred on confidence, wellbeing, personal development and community empowerment, including her project Empowering Pakistan. She is also the Founder of Dame Property Group, reflecting her entrepreneurial experience within the property sector.
Alongside her charitable and community work, Shabnum has a diverse professional background spanning education, law, business, property, coaching and mediation.
As an International NLP Trainer, Master Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and Mediator, she brings extensive experience in communication, emotional wellbeing, resilience and supporting individuals through periods of challenge, transition and personal change.
Shabnum is particularly passionate about raising awareness of women’s health and ensuring that important health conversations are accessible, culturally sensitive and inclusive. As a Board Member of Pink Chai CIC, she is committed to supporting its work in breast cancer awareness, education and community engagement, particularly within communities where stigma, cultural barriers or limited awareness may prevent women from accessing information, seeking support or coming forward early.
She believes strongly in the power of education, open conversation and community engagement to help women feel informed, supported and empowered to prioritise their health and wellbeing.
